Night Hikes This tour affords the visitor an
opportunity to see a different side of the forest. Through your ears
(and your guide), you will discover the wonders of the forest at night.
Headlamps are provided. River Tours on the Belize Old River Enjoy a relaxing, guided trip
canoeing on the meandering Belize River. In addition to the myriad
of tropical birds (particularly abundant on morning tours) such as egrets,
toucans, and parrots, you just might see a crocodile! Monkeys and
iguanas are seen by the dozen in the lush riverside vegetation.

crocodiles up-close and active in their natural habitat, this canoe tour
takes place on nearby Mussel Creek. Other wildlife, such as
kinkajou, is often seen on this engaging tour. This unforgettable
trip is approximately 2 hours. Headlamps are provided.

Birding Birding with experienced guides
starts at 5:00 am. There are over 125 species of birds found along the
Belize River and Mussel Creek and in the forest, especially during the months of December - June. |
